You may return your purchase within 14 days the moment you receive the product. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels. It is your responsibility to post and pay for all courier fees back to our return address below. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In your email to us, please note the courier service provider and tracking number. The refund will be made via your original payment method within 10 business days when the item has arrived at this address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will send you an email after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. If you cannot be reached for re-delivery or if re-delivery is still unsuccessful, your order will be considered as cancelled and you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
